The Introductory Call
We connect over the phone or Zoom to discuss the themes of your life, outline the structure of your book, and schedule your professional interview sessions. This is a relaxed, friendly conversation - no preparation required.
The Interviews
Our experienced interviewers guide you through thoughtful, engaging conversations via phone or Zoom. We provide prep materials ahead of time so you can gather your thoughts and identify the memories most meaningful to you. Your only job is to talk and reminisce - we handle the rest.
Writing & Photo Curation
Our writers transcribe the interviews and craft a beautifully written manuscript that captures your authentic voice and personality. Concurrently, you select your favourite family photos to include in the book - we guide you through this process with ease.
Review & Refine
You review the draft manuscript. Depending on your package, you have multiple rounds of revisions to ensure every detail is accurate and every story is told exactly as you wish. We want you to be completely delighted with the result.
Design, Print & Deliver
